Building Access to Africa’s Creative Economy Across Uganda and East Africa, thousands of talented young people dream of building careers in the creative industry but never gain access to the opportunities, tools, mentorship, training, or exposure needed to succeed. Zeus Group exists to help change that. As a creative-led business operating across advertising, production, digital communications, storytelling, and strategy, we believe creativity can become one of Africa’s most powerful economic growth engines, particularly for young people.
Through mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, practical production exposure, and creative training programmes, Zeus Group is actively helping young creatives develop employable skills and sustainable career pathways within the modern creative economy.

Zeus Group’s youth empowerment model is built around real industry participation, helping young people transition from raw talent to professional creative careers. Through hands-on exposure to live client projects, productions, campaigns, and agency operations, we provide practical training in graphics design, filmmaking, photography, editing, strategy, copywriting, content creation, and digital communication. Combined with mentorship from experienced industry professionals, portfolio development, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities, our programmes are designed to equip underserved youth across Africa with the skills, confidence, exposure, and access needed to participate meaningfully in the modern creative economy, regardless of background or circumstance.
